I don't often write reviews but I felt on this occasion that it was crucial that I shared what a fantastic experience we had with Everest Home Improvements.
Earlier this week one if Everest Consultants came to see us. She arrived on time and well prepared. Obviously really well trained she didn't try to sell us the windows- which is what I was dreading- but instead she took a great deal of time and care advising us on what look would suit our period of property from a design and an energy perspective. All our windows need replacing which we can't afford to do in one go so she helped us work out which windows to do first, gave us alternative choices for the front of the house and even pulled together a future plan for matching colours of doors. I was really pleasantly surprised by how professional she was. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and we will certainly be back in the future.

This review seems highly suspicious. Firstly this "customer" has had not windows fitted, but has only has a sales visit. Secondly, how do you rate a window company when you don't have their windows fitted.
I suggest that this isnt a genuine review, but if it is, then it should not be weighted equally with reviews of the full service.
