My first dealings with Euroseal were in September when they gave me a quote to change 4 of my windows. hAving signed the contract I then came into financial difficulty a month later. I contacted Euroseal and spoke to Steve (the manager) to cancel the contract. Bearing in mind the surveyor hadn't yet been therefore at this stage no windows had been made, I explained to Steve that I could no longer afford to replace the windows. He proceeded to say that it wasn't his problem and if i was to cancel their solicitor would be in contact for the cancellation fee.
On 6th November the fitters came and replaced the windows. It was 4 weeks later when I realised a piece of jewellery from my daughter's bed post had disappeared. We searched high and low for it but to no avail. The only strangers to have been upstairs in the property were the Euroseal fitters. Incidentally one of their sales people contacted me at the weekend to ask if all was ok, so i took the opportunity to tell him what we think had happened with the jewellery. He admitted the fact that 'it didn't look good on Euroseal' and 'promised' a director would call me back.
Having had no call back i decided to ring them myself and spoke again to the manager Steve. He told me that he didn't believe me that I was making it up and that it's my own problem. I have never been so angry in my life. How dare he speak to any of his customers like that? Yes i should have noticed sooner but i didn't antthe fact is the jewellery is missing and they should be bending over backwards to get to the bottom of it.
Disgraceful customer service, no help at all and would definatley advise people NOT to deal with Euroseal. Complete rip off and should have another look at their 'managers'.
