After numerous phone calls we booked an appointment, as we did require a couple of new windows. Promises of grants, well after suffering two hours of sales talk, we agreed to two windows, the grant was part of the patter, and having made supposedly phone calls a little discount was given.after a few weeks when a survey was due, we heard nothing. I called into their so called office, which was a scruffy, half completed unit. Tt
The guy was in but the building locked, finally let me in. I explained the situation, he didn't,t seem at all concerned, crowing he had 7000 satisfied customer's???? And one or two bad reviews didn't, bother him. I was so concerned, I cancelled immediately. They give no information or proof of any grants. All in all a company to take a wide berth of.

Thanks for the info. Just had them on the phone and although we require a few windows, hate cold calls so got rid. After reading your review thank god I did.

In all fairness to the company people generally only leave reviews when they are unhappy with a service the good normally gets pushed aside. Its the same with any business

I had them fit me windows less than a week ago and am more than impressed with the work they did for me ! I was happy with the price and the people I met! Everyone has bad experiences ! I've had safestyle do my composite door previously and they made a complete balls up of it !

The reviews on here seem unfair to say the least
