From the first point of contact with sales, through survey and on to the waving off of the two installers, the experience has been professional and courteous.
The explanation of the products available; the negotiation of purchase price; the matching of personal requirements and product suitability was all a smooth and excellent service.

The installers were good ambassadors for the company - punctual, attention to detail and care when working. All surfaces were protected during work - they removed two hardwood frames from a tiled bathroom without causing damage, which was a credit to them and a difficult thing to achieve.

I appreciate that a quick turnaround must be achieved - but as a homeowner,although the job was completed within the time allocated, I feel that just two days allocated for removal and fitting - to include spin/opening 4 panel patio doors as well as windows and doors - was too tight - but the work cannot be faulted and the products without problem and with the re-assurance of the Crystal guarantee we do not anticipate there will be.
