The overall fitting was to high a standard! My front door looks fabulous!

They identified a problem with the overlying support - a crack in the wooden beam above our door and rectified it with a concrete support with specialist builders doing the work. If they didnt do this our upstairs floor could have come down.

The workmanship was good, clean, high quality, fast, efficient, and done with care and communicated well to us at every stage.

The workmen were pleasant and polite.

My only issue that there is no parking at our property and timings were strict as I am on the school run, despite me telling the company at every booking they still came in not knowing what I advised which put stress and pressure on me at times during the initial part of their visits.
