Quick/Smooth Operation

the guys arrived promptly at my home address on wednesday morning at just past 8am and were finished by approximately 2:30pm on that same day. my whole house was stripped of the old windows and doors and was completed spick and span in 6 and a half hours. it was a cold day and i am appreciated the guys willingness to do a back bedroom first so that my other half (who works nights) could get back to his room as soon as possible and that there was a room we could both wait in and not freeze to death. all 5 windows and both front and back doors have been fitted to the best quality, there is nothing more i could have asked for.

i did mention that the back door did not have the correct glass fitted in the top half and before they left for the day one of the guys had already called into the office to mention this and it was agreed that same day that this issue would be fixed and that i would get a telephone call the next day. true to their word i got a call the following day and it was arranged that the replacement window would be fitted on the following monday. it is always good to deal with people who stick to their promises, people will always come back to you again and again if you offer this kind of service from the very start.
