“A really professional job”

I have read one or two awful reviews, and totally disagree with them. The work that this very professional team did for me was absolutely first class. A minor problem with the rainwater drainage was sorted out the very next day. I cannot recommend them highly enough. An excellent job all round, and if you want a really good piece of work done, these are the people to go to. (read more)

Everything to do with the purchase and installation of this extension was first class. From the initial contact to the survey to the support from the office quickly expediting changes we instigated to the plans. “Brilliant sales and service.. did all they said they would”

From Sales to Survey to fitting they couldn't have been bettered.. They kept us up to date with the manufacture. When it came to fitting day three fitters arrived on time. the Veranda was unloaded and all the parts were bubble wrapped which impressed us immediately.. The fitters were totally professional,friendly and tidy. It was obvious that they were proud and enthusiastic about their product. I was initially concerned about certain reviews about this company, but I have found them to be absolutely straight forward and honest to deal with. From the initial contact, through the design stage, to the installation by Ashley and Steve, everything has been a pleasure, with knowledgeable staff. “Appalling Customer Service / Rude and Bullying Tactics”

The product ie: the glass and metalwork are very good. The people who are the sales and fitting team are absolutely dreadful in their attitude to the customer. The so called surveyor obviously had no quaification in that department as the measurements were all wrong so nothing fitted when installed. They denied that it was their fault and we had to get a qualified person to try to eradicate their mess and rectify the problem so that the rest of the fitting could go ahead. These people ( a... Dear Reviewer,

I am the MD of Crocodile Verandas. In the first instance the company is not based in Liverpool, we manufacture our product in our own factory in Huddersfield, Yorkshire. I am not aware of the issues you have experienced and I would like the oppertunity to talk to you and have an engineer visit and report back. We pride ourselves in our work and the quality we produce. Please make yourself known directly and give me the oppertunity to rectify your problems.
I am so frustrated with this site that allows anonymous negative reviews. This only allows our compeititors to rubbish our business which costs time, money and more importantly jobs for our employees.

I think you must be a disgruntled ex employee as I have a Crocodile veranda and I found the company to be very honest in all their dealing with me and the surveyor did a fantastic job in persuading me not to have glass sides, but to have the roof only and then if I found I needed glass sides Crocodile will fit these at no extra cost than if it was all being done on the original order. The staff and fitters have all been extremely helpful in every aspect and I must say their service is second to none in the sales industry unlike others I would like to name.

“Total rubbish !!!!”

The product is very nice but the fitters and company are with out doubt the worst I've ever used. Totally unprofessional. There unhelpful service when problems arose and the way they treated me bordered on Bullying. I wish I'd never heard of Crocodile and would advise everyone to go somewhere else. I wish I could upload pictures so you could see just how bad there work is. (read more)

“Turned patio into a lovely seating area”

Crocodile verandas are a quality company just like there product. The process was a dream from start to finish, the salesman was polite and knew everything about the product. The servayor was fully qualified and got the job spot on. The fitters were fast and finished the job to a quality that was above our expectations. I am so happy with our decision to go with this company rather than any others. I can't wait to show all my friends (read more)
