Having had a verandar installed by this company,whist the fitting when well, it is impossible to get anyone from the company to answer a simple question on why, after any form of rain the glass requires cleaning although we were assured that this would not be the case.

This is not stated in their advert as it says that the units are maintenance free.

Yes they will ignore you and when you have said something to them so when you repeat the same again to them later they will categorically state you have never said such a thing at all. Calling a customer a liar is of course NOT appreciated at all. Advice, record all conversations with them at meetings and of course phone conversations.
