The salesmen were very good because they only talked about what was relevant to our needs, and didn't overstay their welcome! They were very friendly, and not pushy. We already knew what types of door we wanted for the front and back, and they made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Installation was started within 2 weeks and the workmen made an excellent job. The front door latch wasn't closing properly and they arranged for an engineer to come and sort it at our convenience. The engineer sorted the door quickly and explained what the problem was, so it's now working perfectly. The company are not the cheapest, but the doors are clearly of excellent quality and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to friends and family.
