Love our Orangerie

We wanted to build an extension on to our kitchen to replace our lean-to conservatory which CR Smith had built many years ago. We liked the fact that the conservatory let light into the kitchen but didn't like having a radiator taking up a whole wall. We decided to talk to CR Smith about it and they sent a man out who listened to us and understood exactly what we wanted. It was an Orangerie with a self-cleaning glass roof and air conditioning to keep it cool in summer and warm in winter. CR Smith took care of everything from planning to completion and if we had any little problems or questions, customer services dealt with them immediately and kept us informed of what was happening. I would have preferred to have had the one decorator to complete the job instead of three on different days, but all of the workmen worked hard throughout the project.
We love our Orangerie and our neighbours have complemented us on it too.
