Our experience of replacing all our double glazing and two doors with CRSmith has been an extremely positive experience from start to finish.

The salesman was just brilliant. Not at all pushy and very happy to talk through different options for the windows both upstairs and downstairs. The company were offering a 3 windows for the price of 2 promotion when we were looking to replace our double glazing, so long as we were flexible about our installation date, which we were. The price was very reasonable for quality windows and a lot less than we'd been expecting.

When the surveyor came round to do a thorough measure the salesman had made himself available too, which was I think extremely good, as it prevented any misinterpretation of the salesman's drawings and meant it avoided any issues during fabrication.

The installation was completed a month or so later, by two very skilled joiners. Our house is an old granite semi and the windows are very large, one tilt and turn in particular being right at the limits of what can be manufactured. The joiners did a brilliant job and the finish particularly with the oak surrounds was very good. It took them a full week to complete, which I think given the size of the windows was really well done as they're extremely heavy.

We are delighted with our double glazing and are so pleased that there's no quibble about someone coming round to investigate any issues with the windows free of charge whilst the windows are under warranty.
