I had three double glazed windows put into my tenement flat and 6 months later I couldn't be happier! There were a few hiccups, make sure the surveyor includes everything the salesman promised and also some of the joinery needed retouching (but it was an old building). However CR Smith were committed to getting it right and finished to my high standards with no fuss what so ever. Payment only when the customer is satisfied gives us a lot of protection and should offer future customers all the reassurances they need, I would recommend this company for offering a good quality product with great value.
