From the initial contact with the company right through to the follow up phone call to check that we were satisfied with our windows, we were impressed with the friendly and efficient service. The joiners who installed the windows were excellent and cleaned up so well afterwards you wouldn't have known they'd been there. It is so good to be able to use a local firm whose windows are custom made and look very good. I really cannot think of anything we didn't like and we would definitely recommend CR Smith to other folk.
