First Class Service

We got a really professional service from the sales end right through to completion and everything was finished beautifully. We had doors, windows and a conservatory fitted and it wasn't nearly as traumatic as we thought it would be. Everyone was really respectful of our property and I can honestly say that they were the tidiest workers we have ever come across! Every night when they finished work they tidied everything away and swept up any mess - even out in the garden. Almost every day we had either a phone call from the company or a visit from a manager to ensure things were going to plan and making sure we were happy with the way things were going. Brian, who sold us the conservatory was the nicest salesman we have ever encountered. He wasn't the least bit pushy and was so patient with us while we made up our mind about the details. They made a fantastic job of our conservatory and the installation manager was great. We had a small hitch when the date for laying the tiles was to be 3 weeks after completion of the conservatory but when he realised we weren't happy at having to wait he managed to re organise things so that the tiles were laid at OUR convenience. We were really impressed with the quality of materials and workmanship and they even took two old stained glass panels from our old windows and had them refurbished and inserted into the new windows. They were a bit more expensive than other companies but you get what you pay for! CR Smith are a company who really care about their customers and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.
