My wife and I are delighted with the whole CR Smith experience. We had decided to 'do' the whole bungalow which involved a very large picture window; 2 bedrooms; 2 kitchen windows; and 2 large doors, a big financial commitment for us as we are retired. The CR Smith price was better than any competitor (Everest and Penicuik), but our choice was actually made on the quality of the product, especially their excellent Lorimer doors. The sales process was professional; the follow-up detailed survey gave you further confidence; and the installation process was also carried out in such a professional way that it was worth the expenditure on tea bags (you know who you are - lol)! Quality product professionally and expertly installed. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend CR Smith to anyone, friends or family. Thank you all in the team that we met at various times in the process.
