I had doors and windows fitted by Brackenwood 3 years ago. Just one year later a door had dropped and was binding slightly. I approached Brackenwood, thinking there would be a no quibble, 'We'll come and fix it'. However, I was told labour charges would now be applied - parts are guaranteed 10 yrs, labour only 12 months!

The same has happened now that one of the glass units has failed and needs replacing.

I am not sure whether this practice is industry-standard, but I think it is a bit 'sharp'. Be aware, if you deal with this company, the ten-year guarantee is not all it seems.
