I am very happy with my sash windows and the difference that the French doors have made to the back of the house is amazing. All of the neighbours have commented on how beautiful the windows look, so in keeping with the age of the house.
The workmen did an excellent job, completed the work ahead of schedule and left everything tidy at the end of each day.
Very good value, thank you to the fitters.

great product but the after care is very bad two problems both not fixed would not recommend them to others

Brackenwood Windows strives to provide its customers with an excellent installation and after-care experience - it is the basis on which our company has been successfully trading since 1987 and why a high proportion of our business is based on returning customers and referrals. We are unable to identify the customer who wrote this comment from current service work that has been reported to us and so we would urge our customer to make direct contact with us to enable us to investigate their complaint fully with the aim of restoring their faith in us as a company to do business with.
