About ten years ago we used Brackenwood Windows to replace our double glazing and doors. The service we received was superb. The workers were fast and efficient and arrived on time everyday.
We have been extremely pleased with the results and have had no issues until this weekend when one of the exterior doors would not close easily and would not lock at all. This left us being unable to secure our house.
The response from Brackenwood was second to none. An engineer was dispatched on Monday morning and by lunch time our door was fixed and the house secure once more.
I cannot thank Brackendale enough and would recommend the windows and doors to anyone looking to replace their windows.
