My whole experience with Anglian was positive. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, so that I knew what to expect beforehand.

On the installation day Anglian sent a team of 4 to replace 6 of my windows, including 1 very large one, so the work was soon completed. They worked very hard and efficiently, cleared up properly afterwards, leaving no mess and were polite and friendly.

The new windows have transformed my house so that now it looks like one of the better ones in the street rather than looking a bit drab. I was able to choose exactly what features I wanted for the windows: which side they should open on, what proportion should open, what colour handles, frosted or not frosted glass.

My neighbours have been commenting on how good my new windows are. I think they are as pleased as I am with the transformation to my house.
