The salesman,surveyor,French door manufacturer and steps installation
were all excellent and what I expected from a top company.
However, the French door installation team arrived without a Still Saw and used a hammer and chisel to cut through the bricks to make space for the French door.
This resulted in much greater damage to the brickwork and the rendering which is still not fixed a week later and no idea when it will be done despite phoning.
The steps installation team brought a Still Saw with them and produced an excellent and timely job and I wish the installation team had done the same.
It remains to be seen if the door brickwork and rendering can be repaired without it being obvious because of the extra damage due to not using a Still Saw.
