Ticked every box

From making the appointment for a salesman to call to saying goodbye to the fitters, our expectations were reached or surpassed at every stage. I told the salesman I wanted a bottom line price for our windows, front door, back door and French windows, with no negotiation as my decision would be made on that alone. I warned that if I didn't like the first price he said I would not order from him, or Anglian. I could tell he was dying to tell me what he'd knocked off and where but he didn't and I was happy with the quote and ordered. An appointment was made for the surveyor to call and the appointment was kept. Everything that was going to happen was explained and exactly what we would get. The original fitting appointment coincided with a short holiday but an alternative date was arranged easily and immediately. The fitters arrived on the prescribed day at the prescribed time and worked hard for two days. When they left the only difference noticeable was new doors and windows. No mess, no upheaval, no 'finishing touches' needed. All in all a totally satisfactory job at a very reasonable price.
