Will keep this posting short as the events were over a whole year.
1.Ordered bespoke doors in partnership with Timberland Feb 2014 for a listed building.
2.Following many excuses doors did not turn up till August 2014.
3.When they did turn up doors were not what we ordered and we refused to have them installed.
4.December 2014 Anglian finally admitted they could not make the windows we required for a listed building.
5.Jan 2014 our deposit is returned after getting legal advice and writing to them for breach of contract.

In the whole of the year the customer services was either appalling or non-existent. They even get your name wrong. Appointments were not kept and calls were never returned. The CEO is not interested.

I cannot see how Anglian Windows is still in business and how their ratings have improved dramatically on this site in the last few months.

My advice to any one in dispute with them is to report to Trading standards and sign up to WHICH Legal advice who can help for a reasonable cost.

To this date we have not had an apology. We are a year on and still need new windows. A wasteful, stressful year!

I am So glad I am not the only one that has noticed the flurry of 5 star ratings that appeared over the last few months , I did bring it to the attention of the Review Centre and they promised to look into it.

Like you I went to Trading Standards and they are being investigated, I will be contacting FENSA, and GGF in the next few days .

I suggest waste no more time and go to Money Claims Online and claim your money back as Trading Standards may have advised. It is so simple, Anglian settled out of court so I got my money back and they paid my court fees and interest.

You will NEVER get an apology, they put me through hell, I was bullied by an area manager and plotted against by the CEO and his 'gang' there is 4 of them ( it's all in the paperwork ) even though they knew there was a white UPVC yellowing problem and put me through all this for over a year, they settled out of court they never said sorry. If they had I would have left it at that.....but because they didn't I am reporting them to just about everyone I can and I will help everyone I can. My next stop is Watchdog

Good luck in your next move, I know exactly how you feel, it is all so time consuming and it is so demeaning having to deal with such ignorant selfish bullies who have no respect for their customers

Hi,thanks for reply. I'm sorry to hear of your dealings with Anglian windows. I am glad it's all over and like you I spread the word. They don't have customer services but a legal department!

Sorry for your experience too! Very stressful and a waste of our time.
This company has non-existent Customer Service but has a big Legal team. Thats says it all!

I did report the flurry of 5 stars too but not heard back from their investigation.

Like you I do spread the word.

However, I would put it behind you now and get on with enjoying your life! All the best.
