We are in our early 20's and looking at improving our windows and front door and have seen varius different window companies for several quotes so we can compare. I have to say Anglian were very good at what they do best...selling. Very persuasive and friendly almost signed the paperwork until i realised the % they add on in interest if you accept the finance deal! The 'branch manager' hinted at us to take the finance deal paying monthly as it would be beneficial to them of course earning more money. if we were to pay in full we were looking at £7000 odd if we paid monthly it would be £4570 ( cheapest quote yet) we asked how much the monthly repayments would be and he said £93 pm over 120 months. This equals to over £11000!!!!! so basically £6500 in interest. absolutely terrible! Luckily we wasnt so naive to sign the deal.

Before you purchase your windows and doors, I would recommend getting quotes from a recommended local supplier - the price would be cheaper and the service would be much better.

In my experience - I wouldn't recommend Anglian due to the poor quality substandard products they supplied and fitted on my property. The customer service I found from the Birmingham branch and head office was very poor - so poor, that they couldn't put a warranty on the rubbish they supplied me!!
