Customer service awful.
Never offered restrictor hinges at point of sale and now they are unsure whether they can be fitted, and that it will be chargeable if they can be. I said I wpuld have got them financed with the original loan and can't afford it now. Apparently it's tough!
P-poor service and you only get a decent response if you plaster it on their fb page or email their CEO direct!
