Any colour you like as long as it's white

Where do I start?.ordered aluminium painted green windows back in august 2013 (25k) .paid 10%deposit and waited and waited and waited?eventually got to November and heard nothing?phoned Basingstoke who knew nothing about order???even though we had a letter from them telling us that they were now processing order?several phone calls to Norwich and letter to MD,asking what's going on.got to January and still no sign of order.eventually order was manufactured beginning of February.no explanation as to why it took 5 months to make my order.arrived to fit march..great. No it wasn't.cottage bars not painted as per order.ok will repaint.some 5 weeks later I chased and was told that bars had been painted wrong colour.exasperrated tried to cancel.no go. As I write this middle of July they are just finishing.its taken 11 months and it's been a stressful experience..installers are great though,just customer service is rubbish.n
