Decided to go with Advanced,salesman fine better than other companies,surveyor good and helpful,job was installed fine a few niggles but guys happy to fix anything i wasn't happy with.
Then the problem starts,noticed that the back door wasn't holding draughts,then when it was really windy room was freezing.Phoned advanced had to wait 3 weeks for technician,guy came out power drill and allen keys and fixed,1 month later same problem door or door frame are of poor quality,had to wait a month this time in February for a technician,guy came out and done the same as the previous technician,i signed the form stating i was happy but put a disclaimer saying i had no confidence the fix would last.3 weeks after last technician same problem,Customer service want to send another guy out with power drill and allen keys but i want frame checked or a new door.Never phone you back very frustrating.
The windows are good and have made a difference but the doors are of poor quality,i would get the windows in my experience but don't touch the doors unless you enjoy draughts
