“Worst Service Ever”

This is simply the worst online Company I have ever dealt with. Had to return goods as they were inaccurately described on their website. In return, I received a barrage of abuse from their bully boy staff. This seems a common experience if you research reviews on this Company. I would never ever order from them again. Ended up ordering the goods from a local electrical supplier who was delighted to receive an £800 order and supplied exactly what was needed. As always, if something seems too good to be true...!
