COATBIDGE CURRYS IS AWFULL. YOUR WARNED!

The knowledge of the staff is dire. Asked staff for assistance and was met by the roll of the eyes. Mislabelling and staff blamed customers for moving the products around. Yeah that's correct blame the customers instead of getting off your backsides and sorting it out. Was told the Dyson I was purchasing was the correct one that I wanted. Once I got it outside realised it wasn't and took it back in to get my money back. After explaining the situation twice and telling the Duty Manager that his staff were appalling and lacked knowledge. The and manager was rude and dismissive and refused to refund me telling me to go to another store to get my money back. Ahhh the customer is always right, not in this store folks.
The manager then changed tune and gave me my money back. Went next door to Argos and got the same Dyson for the same price.
You have been warned. Shockingly poor staff and even poorer manager.
I will not be back even if it was the last store standing in Coatbridge.
If I could give no stars I would. Awful!!!
