had a 2 1/2 year slow flood in my brand new kitchen fitted by knowhow ( more like knownothing) my husband found it, bought a new hose and replaced it but it damaged parts of my kitchen costco and knowhow refuse to pay anything toward the damage even though a maytag engineer who costco sent round inform us via a written report that it was installed incorrectly so has leaked since it was installed, no customer service, no professional engineers ( a knowhow driver admitted that ) please be aware of costco for false advertising of offering (INCLUDED in the PRICE) white gloved deliver and installation. costco have let themselves down on this, please go to john lewis faultless customer service, honest (admit when they're at fault) proud and employ only the best professionals
