Took delivery of a BOSCH Classixx 7 WTA74200GB Vented Tumble Dryer - White in December 2014. Waited a month for delivery rather than buying a cheaper one of the shelf because of the Bosch name and the variety of drying programmes.
It only works on the timed program. I informed currys within 14 days but they have refused to take back the machine. I have had the engineer out and he has told me it is working and that it wont work if there is not enough clothes in the machine as the clothes wont touch the sensor and with larger loads you need to take the load out and put the wet stuff on the outside as the sensor thinks the load is dry because the outside garments are dry. In other words it is a complete waste of time unless you are around to constantly monitor the machine.
It is now mid February and we are due a second engineers visit next week. He is going to tell me the same as the first engineer.
I have informed Visa to cancel the payment and still Currys are using every possible excuse to try and avoid taking the product back. Had they dealt with this properly it is almost certain I would have bought another dryer from them. As it is they have lost a customer.

If you read the review the machine was purchased from Currys therefore they are the people who need to deal with the issue.
