The Guiseley, Leeds, branch has a nice line in customer abuse. I took a tablet back the day after I bought it because it didn't work properly. I thought a refund was appropriate. But the Manager disputed that it was not working. When I asked if I could challenge his decision he told me not to come back to his store.
I later found that the PC World Technical Support line is informative and helpful - what they told me went part way towards getting the tablet to work - unlike the the branch manager, who wasn't at all interested in being helpful.
