Terrible. The only thing the staff seemed interested in selling was insurance for products that already come with warranties. In addition, the stove we bought required a dedicated plug socket. We were not told this in store so when KNOWHOW came to install the stove (which Curry's charged us £100 for) they were unable to do so as we need to get the electrician in again.
Really shocking considering the amount we spent. We were in a hurry because we had just bought a house and needed appliances asap but if I had time, there is no way I would shop here again.
