I would not recommend Curry's to anyone. I have been left without a fridge freezer since 11.06.14 and and been sent a damaged unit not once but twice. Countless attempts at contacting them via phone has proven near impossible as they have ridiculous waiting times and seem to 'accidentally' cut the customer off mid conversation. All the appropriate 'customer service' jargon is used but again without any resolution. Was told there wasn't any email address by a customer service representative but further investigation found this to be a lie. Was also told they couldn't process a replacement without the unit model number as they did not have access to it in their system. Resulting in me cutting short a break away due to the necessity of having a fridge. From my experience not a customer focused business which in this day and age of choice doesn't seem smart. Yet another email sent and fading hope that Curry's will ever take the heap of junk they sent me and give me a refund.
