Customer Sales !!

Ok Curry's/PC World have very poor customer services in my view yes there good at providing you items you need at little low cost because there no one around to beat them on price, but few months ago wanted get new laptop to and after found one liked the member staff was selling me lots stuff that one i don't need or already have i will add example i wanted Window 8 Compaq laptop due to old one had started lose WiFi, i was being sold 32GB memory stick had driver windows 8 just encase my laptop needed rebooting, had sales person know has backup hard drive all that information would be nice but he was just selling it make extra money, then was MS Office and told already had it then was Anti Virus, i was like already have one and then really bad offer when wanted just buy laptop if take out there whatever happens he take 11p off price !! you what 11p come guys learn to understand i don't need items and sell me item like and that all.
