I take most reviews with a pinch of salt. That was a mistake with Currys. I ordered a hob on the Wednesday and was told it would be delivered the following Tuesday. No sign of it. I've then had 4 different delivery dates over a period of 5 weeks and still no sign of the hob. I've spoken to what seems like every employee that Currys have working in Customer Services and each is as useless as the next one. They have repeatedly promised to call back to give me a new delivery date and to find out what has happened to my purchase. Needless to say I have not had one phone call returned. I am now in the process of cancelling the order and hopefully Boots Appliances online will do a better job. Avoid Currys at all costs and hopefully they will go the same way as Comet - out of business.
