The worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Bought a condensing dryer which was faulty. Called currys who said I need to call the manufacturers. Engineer came to check machine and confirmed it was faulty currys still refused to exchange or refund with incompetent staff who could not and would not organise a collection of my item. I had a pick up collection code from the manufacturer authorising currys to collect item and had engineers reporting confirming item is faulty. Went from polar to post with currys from department to department on a 3 day old dryer. Ended up selling it on eBay and buying one from John Lewis with 2 years free warranty and price match. Please please avoid currys even if you have to pay a little bit more because when it hits the fan they don't want to know.
