Kenwood gas range cooker

This has got to be the worst cooker I have ever used!!!!!! Cooker knobs get so hot that you need a towel to turn them down or off!!!! heat from the oven has melted the covering on my kitchen units either side. as for the monster grill, it heats the whole cooker up that I dare not use it, and as for the contraption that you have to slot in to protect the knobs, it gets so hot that I have to ban my family from the kitchen while it is in use, and the knobs still get hot.
You have to hold the ing in for ages until it gets going, and if the cooker is already on the knobs are hot.
