I am shocked by the service I received. I was told that the tumble dryer that had been ordered would be delivered between 7am - 7pm. I had work the night before and my mum was looking after my little one for the night so I had no choice but to stay over there after work and get back as early as I could the next day.

I phoned and asked if they knew when the tumble dryer would arrive. They said it would be there after 12pm and that we would receive a phone call half an hour before.
So because of this I thought there was no need to rush back, I got home at 11.30am to find a note saying 'tried to deliver your tumble dryer at 11am'.

I was annoyed that I had been lied to, as it clearly wasent coming after 12 and they did not phone us before they arrived to even let us know. If I would of known then I could of been home earlier! So, after complaining on the phone to Knowhow , I was that the delivery driver was now too far away and that it would have to be delivered the next day. I said thats fine. I received no apology for this.

As I now knew the tumble dryer wasent going to come on that day, I decided to take the little one out. We then received a phone call from the delivery driver telling us he has returned back to our house for the second time in the day and that once again nobody was in. I was FUMING.

We explained to him that we phoned up after we missed the first delivery and we were told that the delivery was coming the next day. We did not get told he would be back again later on in the afternoon and once again did not receive a phone call. POOR COMMUNICATION.
He told us that there was no record of me phoning - Shocking! And that they cannot do tomorrow. Their only option for the delivery again was 2 days later.

Because of them, our tumble dryer arrived 2 days late. And when the delivery drivers arrived this morning, I did not even get an apology for what had happened. They reminded me of the incident and said they tried to deliver it many times, then they dumped the tumble dryer in my house and walked straight out. Extremely rude.

I have never experienced such poor service in my whole life.
