Gas man was supposed to come yesterday to do job that had to be dome before oven comes tomorrow (old gas oven needs to be disconnected before new elec oven is put in). He never came. We were assured that a gas man would come today and he never came. This means that the oven that is due to come tomorrow will not be able to be installed. We paid 190 quid for the installation of our hob and oven. This Know How/Currys thing is an absolute joke
