Most of the major purchases made I have reviewed beforehand on a research tool and generally find their pricing competitive.not really a store though that offers much 'expert' advice and on a few occasions have had to return to collect additional items such as cables that were either not supplied with the goods or that the salesperson had not advised me that they would be required, this is especially annoying when the salesperson has been more intent on selling extended warranties or the Know All technical support service than advising what is required to install product.
My local store has a good layout, it is a combined PC World/Currys and looks attractive the one thing at niggles though is that their staff are searched whenever they leave the premises through the main exit. Personally I find this completely unnecessary, surely this should be done away from customer view at the rear of the store through a staff exit. It just gives a rather authoritarian feel to the store.
