Went to curry's to buy a NB3520A 2.1 Sound Bar, person didn't know how to demonstrate it.
Went to the till to pay for it, asked if the item came with a remote control and leads to connect it to TV. They said they didn't know, even though sales person told me the items did.
She went online to see if she could find any information then reported back saying that if it doesn't say the item comes with it, then it doesn't, only to be contradicted by one of her collegues, who said of course the item comes with a remote and optical leads how else would you connect it up?
Very annoying waiting to find out if the product came with the remote and optical cable, it should be obvious shouldn't be kept waiting 15 minutes to work it out.
