Ordered a microwave online for store pick up & was kept informed of dispatch, I was given a delivery lead of 3 to 5 days & told that the store would inform me when the item was available for collection.
6 days later I phoned customer services to find out where the item had got to only to be informed it had been at the store for the past 4 days.
Why could the Curries store, Ashford, Kent, not be bothered to inform me it was ready for collection?
How long would it have sat there?
