I ordered a Brother LC1240 set of four cartidges including black but I received only the Tricolour. Without the black which I had paid for, my printer wouldn't work so my work has been delayed several days so far; I contacted 'know how' and got the automated reply but nothing else, then I contacted them again suggesting all they have to do is send me a black cartridge to complete my set which I paid for but still no response other than the automated reply. Hopeless, it was only a cartridge and they can't even get that right and the customer service is rubbish!!!
