24th October. Visit new store on the Isle of Man, needing single built in oven. None in stock. Advised to check website, either order on line or return to store and order.
25th Oct. Customer Services: "Can only order on line" None in stock. Go to sales area and speak to salesperson and gent who was obviously Management on site to supervise the opening of new store. He assured me the order could be placed in store. I was told I could expect delivery in 5 - 7 days. After tracking the order 5 days later it is not processed yet. I visited the store and am told the delivery is not due until 11th November!!!!!! Payment was cleared at the Bank in 2 days. The staff have misled me. The "Manager" is not available etc etc.
