Ordered a particular model of Bosch Classixx 7 WAE24368B VarioPerect washing machine on 21st October 2012.
Husband paid online by debit card. On 21st October clearly shown on website was misleading information : 'in stock'!! Got call to say the item was NOT in stock, but we would have a delivery within next 2 days. 'Mis-leading information' ! then Nothing!
Called their 'hub'/call centre office in Sheffield Friday, assured we 'would get a call within next 48 hours' - happened to mention our local stockist in Cheltenham has ex-directory number - then nothing! Called up their office (after phoning & logging with 'Citizens Advice' - formerly Consumer Direct). Husband had also been told last Friday that we would receive item today, 29th or Tues., 30th Oct. No call! Nothing! Spoke to a manager insisted we need the item, they 'have our money' and not honouring their part of contract. Manager told me over phone could not arrange this until Wed., 31st October. See what happens. If this does not arrive we will exercise our right under the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000 to claim a refund/cancel! We would never use them again!
