our oven was delivered and was faulty from first attempt at use the customer services are appauling fobbing you off with rubbish about manufacturers or just cutting you off all together, the staff obviously need better training and the company is at fault, spend extra and dont buy anything from this company, wish i had read these reviews before i bought my oven.
