Bought a £600 washing machine and paid for installation. On the same day put the washer on and it flooded my kitchen. After waiting ages to speak to a human was told I would have to wait 5 days to get anyone out and that "its only the water from the machine" The attitude was appalling.
I have counted 8 calls and a totally of 1 hour and 20 minute conversations with 4 different people, all calls that I have to pay for.
I cannot believe that Currys don't have a contract with an emergency call out team. At the moment I am waiting for someone to come to rectify the probelm but don't hold your breath. I will NEVER use Currys again,
