Found what I wanted and it was in stock, unlike at Comet where I had been first, so full marks there to Currys.
Things went wrong when I wanted to pay, the lad on the till wanted to count the money and not serve. He refused to serve even with five more customers behind me all wanting to pay for goods.
He offered to help by making an announcement for someone to come serve as he would not, said he was being helpful doing this for me!
Someone with a "management team" badge came and served after two announcements, was apologetic but then the person who had refused to serve started mouthing off at me when I complained to the management team person about him.
