The delivery and installation of the oven and hob has been provided by Knowhow. The job has been completed only on their 4th visit after 3 weeks of waiting. The old hob has been disconnected by them, so we were not able to the use cooker in those 3 weeks. Very frustrating.
The only reason you would buy from Currys is that their provide all-inclusive package, i.e. with delivery and installation. Considering that the later was a failure - I can't see why anyone should buy from Currys.

I recently bought the Dyson DC39 multihead, which was demonstrated in thr store for me on carpet tiles and it was so easy to push, I was delighted with it as I have a chronic back condition and find it really difficult to push a hoover about. However, when I got it home and tried it on my longer piles carpets it was impossible for me to push it, I had to continually hold the trigger button, which hightens the multihead,to enable the hoover to work. I phoned the Customer Service Dept, who were very helpful and advised me to return it to the shop and they would exchange it for me. When I arrived at the shop and explained the situation I was shocked at the very rude behaviour of the manager who refused to accept the hoover back as I had taken it out of the packaging. I feel the Customer Service Team and the Currys Store need to liaise with each other on their company returns policy. I can understand that shops have return policies but the manager needs a good lesson in both customer service and good old fashioned manners. Hence I will not be shopping at Currys in the future.
