i bought a laptop samsung np300 5EA after i replaced sony vaio from them with in 2 days of purchase , they offered me repair care for 12 pounds a month and first month is free , when i replace the sony vaio i cancelled the repair care for first laptop and i declined the second one , after terrible service from you know how top engineer , with in month i was surprised with 2 direct debits in two days for repair care . what ? i called them them , a woman said i had to go to the store , and take bank statement , i been to the store , what worse could it be , i was told they cant do anything , and i have to write by email , i done by threatening them to take them to court , monday morning i got an email to apologize and offering me a refund , took about a week to get checks , now the laptops hard drive start to make a clicking noise every 5 seconds and it annoying , i know its gonna lead to hard drive failure , i called to tell them i no longer want this laptop and i want a refund , they said because the date is more than 28 days of the date or buying the item they cant do it the only thing i could do is call samsung my self and arrange delivery and everything my self to get repaired . how disgusting is that . i have to sell my laptop now and loose money , really good advice dont buy anything from them even a cable . dont dont and dont i rather pay 1000£ and buy from amazon then spend 2 pound with them

Hi Otmane.
Just want to point out a small thing. Under consumer regulations your contract is with the shop and not Samsung. They are NOT allowed to tell you that you have to contact Samsung yourself. Go back, point out their legal responsibilities and give them hell.
